This simple, beautiful salad adds color, crunch, and sweetness to your holiday meal — and it’s always a hit.

? Ingredients:

6 cups mixed greens (spinach, romaine, or spring mix)

1 crisp apple (Honeycrisp or Fuji), thinly sliced

½ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

? Dressing:

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Salt & pepper to taste
