Recently I spoke with someone who wanted to cancel his insurance because he had purchased a policy online that looked much cheaper. After reviewing the policy with him, we discovered it was missing several important coverages — including rental coverage, new car replacement, towing for auto. Home was missing water damage medical plus more adequate protection in the event of an accident.
